This operator is the data controller for personal data processed directly through EvanRidgeWorks.com.

2. Data collected through this website

The launch version of EvanRidgeWorks.com:

• has no customer account system;
• has no contact form;
• does not process payments;
• does not currently use advertising pixels;
• does not currently use behavioural analytics;
• does not currently use profiling technologies.

Technical information may nevertheless be processed when the website is accessed, including data normally contained in server and security logs such as:

• IP address;
• date and time of the request;
• requested URL;
• browser and user-agent information;
• technical error and security information.

3. Support communications

If you write to support@evanridgeworks.com, we may process your email address, your name if provided, the contents of your message, and any information you supply voluntarily in the correspondence.

We use it to:

• respond to your request;
• provide product and support information;
• handle issues relating to purchased content;
• maintain records necessary for security, disputes or legal obligations.

5. Hosting and service providers

Technical data may be processed by service providers acting in connection with website hosting and email infrastructure, including Hostinger where applicable. These providers process data on our behalf for the operation and security of the website and its email.

6. Gumroad

EvanRidgeWorks.com does not receive or process the buyer's payment-card information.

When a visitor follows a purchase link to Gumroad, the transaction takes place through Gumroad, and Gumroad processes information under its own privacy policy and terms. Gumroad acts as merchant of record for purchases completed through its service.

7. External links

This site may link to YouTube and other third-party websites. Their own privacy practices apply once you leave EvanRidgeWorks.com.

8. Cookies and tracking

Strictly necessary technical mechanisms may be used by hosting infrastructure where required for the operation and security of the service.

If non-essential analytics, advertising pixels or profiling technologies are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and the site's consent mechanism will be updated before those tools are activated where required by law.

9. Retention

Technical and security logs are retained only for periods reasonably necessary for website operation, security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, subject to hosting-provider configurations and applicable legal requirements.

Support correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and, where relevant, to maintain records for contractual, legal or dispute-handling purposes.

Data is not kept longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

10. Data sharing

Personal data may be shared only where necessary with:

• authorities where legally required.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

We may update this Privacy Policy when services, technology or legal requirements change.
